NON-SMOKING POLICY

Hotel Grandis is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed indoor public areas and all guest rooms.

Guests who wish to smoke may do so only in designated outdoor smoking areas.

To ensure a comfortable and smoke-free environment for all guests, a room recovery fee will be imposed on any guest who violates this policy. This fee covers the extensive costs associated with restoring the guest room to a smoke-free condition.

A minimum room recovery fee of MYR 500 will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found in the guest room.

A designated smoking area is located outside and away from the building. Please contact our Front Desk team for directions or further information regarding the designated smoking areas.
